1. Punctuality
    Kindly ensure that you are at your designated stop 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

  2. Seating Policy
    • NO GENTS ARE PERMITTED TO SIT IN LADIES' SEATS.
    • The first 3 rows of seats on the bus are exclusively designated for ladies. No men are permitted to sit in these rows, even if they are vacant or if the general seating area is full.
    • After the first 3 rows, general seating is available, and all passengers are permitted to sit in these areas.
    • If a lady is seated in the general section and a man sits next to her, we kindly ask for your understanding, as the general seating area is available for all passengers. Please note, we cannot ask the men to move or adjust, as it is a shared seating area
    • In the event that the bus is full, please stand, and the driver will arrange a seat for you. Men must not attempt to sit in the ladies' section but should stand until the driver provides a suitable seat.
    • Passengers wishing to reserve a fixed seat on the same bus must pay a reservation fee of 100 AED per month. This reservation applies only to the same bus and does not extend to other buses. Reservations must be made for a minimum of 6 continuous months. Reservations for less than 6 months are not allowed.

  3. Fare Policy

    • The fare is calculated on a monthly basis (1st to 30th of each month) and will NOT be discounted for work-from-home arrangements or any form of leave. The 31st day of the month is neither included nor subject to additional charges.

  4. Payment Responsibilities
    • Your company is not responsible for your payment; the responsibility lies with the individual passenger.
    • All payments must be settled in full at the time of form submission.

  5. Vacation and Seat Reservation
    • If you plan to take a vacation and wish to resume your service later, a 100 AED deposit is required to hold your seat. This deposit is refundable only if you return within a month.
    • The vacation deposit is applicable once per year for trips outside the country, with a duration of up to one month.
    • If you are traveling for a month (30 continuous days) once in a year or twice in the same year (e.g., 15 days + 15 days), there will be no charge or fare to be paid for that duration of days or month.
    • Frequent or irregular vacations will not be eligible for fare adjustments, and no exceptions will be made.

  6. Route Changes and Service Discontinuation
    • Any changes to the daily bus routes must be communicated in advance.
    • If you wish to discontinue the service, please inform us one week in advance.

  7. Missed Bus and Responsibility
    • If not on time at the stop and misses the bus then, it is the passenger's responsibility, and the service will not be held liable for missed rides.

  8. Refund Policy
    • No refunds will be provided if you choose to discontinue the service.

  9. Traveler Pass
    • Always ensure that you have your Traveler Pass with you while using the service.
    • No service will be provided if the Traveler Pass is expired or if there are any outstanding payments.
